IFO token overview & tokenomics

IFO (“InfraIO Pay Token”) is the utility token of the InfraIO Pay platform. It is used for fee discounts and rewards inside InfraIO Pay. See Utility.

Coming soon. The token is not live yet. IFO is created at TGE (the day IFO is created and claims open), after an independent security audit. This page is informational and is not an offer or financial advice.

Launch liquidity

At TGE, one pool opens on Base with $150,000 USDC + 150,000 IFO, at an opening price of $1.00.

  • The pool position is locked for 12 months in an audited locker. When the lock ends, the position goes to the treasury multisig.
  • The other 350,000 IFO are locked by contract for 12 months, then used only to add liquidity.
  • The lock address will be published at TGE.

The rest of the raise pays for audits, infrastructure, development and operations. If the sale raises less than $200,000, the pool uses 75% of the amount actually raised, paired with IFO at the same price. Unused IFO stays in the liquidity reserve. $1.00 is a reference and pool opening price, not a promised listing price.

Circulating supply at TGE

243,750 IFO (about 2.44%): 33,750 IFO unlocked from the sale, 150,000 IFO in the pool and 60,000 IFO from the airdrop. Everything else is locked or vesting.

What the contracts enforce, and what is a commitment

Enforced by code:

  • Fixed supply of 10,000,000 IFO
  • No mint, no owner, no pause, no upgrade
  • Cliffs and vesting for every group
  • The liquidity lock
  • The claim schedule for sale tokens

Commitments (not enforced by code):

  • How unlocked marketing, ecosystem and treasury tokens are spent
  • No discretionary market selling
  • The treasury release schedule after 12 months

We will publish every allocation wallet and lock address at TGE so anyone can check them on Basescan.

Risks

Please read this before you buy.

  • The price can fall, including below the price you paid.
  • Scheduled unlocks add supply over time.
  • Smart contracts can have bugs, even after an audit.
  • IFO sent to a wrong address, or to an exchange deposit address, may be lost.
  • The sale may change or may not happen.
  • Nothing here is a promise of profit.

Buyback

The platform may voluntarily buy back IFO at its own discretion.
